PLEASE NOTE

The meeting/starting point is Larkin's statue in Hull Paragon Interchange.
The time for each walk is: meet 10.45am/walk ends at 12.45pm.

Walks take place on:
Saturday 8th July 2017
Wednesday 9th August 2017
Saturday 30th September 2017

Join Don Lee (Larkin Society Committee member) for a relaxed walk looking at sites associated with Hull's most famous modern poet.

The dates of these three walks coincide with the beginning and end of the exhibition 'Larkin - New eyes each year' at the University of Hull, commencing on 5th July, so a morning walk could be combined with an afternoon viewing.

Each walk will stand alone, but there will be some variation in route, and some repetition too. The emphasis will fall on locations not previously publicised in relation to Larkin.

"The Larkin Trail" book is useful, and Jean Hartley's guide, "Philip Larkin's Hull and East Yorkshire", gives much detail about Larkin's Hull, but neither are essential for the walk.

PLEASE NOTE
