Hull Minster’s highly popular Tower Tours return and there are more opportunities than ever.
Taking a very similar format to last year’s tours, not only will they be running monthly in parallel with Hull Street Food Nights held in Zebedee’s Yard, by popular demand they will also be running every fortnight in between.
Hull Minster is one of the tallest and most iconic buildings in Hull. Standing at over 150ft tall, it’s tower has unparalleled views of Old Town, the city centre, the docks, the marina, the Humber and beyond.
The tour begins with a climb up the winding staircase to the bell ringing chamber, and continues up through the medieval structure towards the heavens and out onto the viewing platform at the top.
Be aware that the steps are steep and the passage is narrow so sensible shoes must be worn, but this only adds to the experience.
